• All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
• The tourist tax is a local tax applied to tourists and is collected directly by the hotel and must be paid upon check-in. The amount is 2 euros per day per person, for a maximum of 6 days. The tax applies to individuals between the ages of 12 and 75.

To ensure a warm welcome and a smooth check-in, please let the property know your arrival time in advance. 

Early check-in and late check-out.

Early check-in and late check-out fees may depend on room availability and room category and are subject to an additional charge for each hour after the standard check-in time. During peak season, we cannot offer this service to our guests.

Night service:

The hotel does not have a night porter, so please pay particular attention to your keys.

Cancellation Exceptions - Change of dates for reservations

For each booking there is a single date change, at least 7 days before check-in

The price of the stay must be equal to or higher than the original price.

The booking conditions and the type of accommodation do not change.

Guests cannot change dates independently, but only upon request and based on remaining availability.

Breakfast . From 08:30 to 10:00 (AM)

We offer an 'Italian Breakfast,' which refers to the typical breakfast provided in Italian hotels. Here are some common items you may find in an Italian hotel breakfast:

Hot beverages - espresso coffee, cappuccino, milk, tea, and hot chocolate, baked goods - croissants, brioche, fresh bread, rusks, jams, honey, butter, sweets - cakes, cookies, pies,

yogurt and cereals, fresh fruit, fruit juices, cold cuts, and cheeses.

Guests with specific dietary needs, such as those following a gluten-free diet, or those who are celiac, vegan, vegetarian, or have other intolerances or dietary preferences, should inform the hotel at the time of booking.

For those who need to have breakfast before or after the designated time (8:30-10:00), please notify the reception upon arrival, and we will prepare a takeaway breakfast for you.

Parking.

Free public parking on-site (next to the hotel) without prior reservation.

Beach.

Beach affiliated with the hotel - Peter Pan, with shuttle service. To obtain vouchers for beach access, please inquire at the hotel reception desk. In payment .
